Our in-house flight desk books business class airfare. You get:

We can add frequent flyer numbers to the reservations so that you get miles, but we don’t use miles to book.

If you’re interested in working with us, please contact us. Once we hear from you, we’ll schedule a call with you so that we can gather more information about your trip and see if we’re a good fit.

DESIGN & PRESENT

We will research accommodations, tours, activities, restaurants, transportation and anything else you’re interested in. We will present you with options and make any changes needed. 

BOOK & DELIVER

After you’re satisfied with your itinerary, we will book and make all reservations for you. We will then deliver your itinerary to you with an app so that you’ll have all important travel info at your fingertips.

Yes! We book Best Available Rates and receive a small commission from the hotels we book. We have a highly-rated partner network which includes over 4,500 hotel properties around the world.

Yes! We have an in-house flight desk and we can extensively research the best prices and routes for economy+ and business class tickets. There is a $50 fee per ticket when you book with us, but it’s money well spent because we have a 24-hour hotline you can call if anything comes up with your flights. Instead of waiting in line at the airport for a ticket agent or staying on hold on the phone, you can call us and we take care of everything.

Every trip is unique, so it really depends on how many people are traveling, and the level of effort and complexity involved in planning your trip. Our planning fees start at $400, but once we get more information about your trip we can let you know how much the planning fee will cost.
